Re: Order of 2010 NYS GOP Convention and State Dinner

Please find below, for your planning purposes, the Order of Convention Business and speakers list for the 2010 New York State Republican Convention. A more detailed schedule will be distributed on site at the convention on Tuesday June 1, 2010. Please refer all questions to Alex Carey at acarey@nygop.org. Our staff is working hard to ensure that each of your organizations has the information and facilities necessary at the Sheraton to make covering the event as convenient as possible. Please note that any media wishing to attend must have a Convention Credential to be admitted to any Convention facilities. Those members of the press who have missed the deadline to submit requests for credentials should budget in time to fill out application forms at our registration table upon entering the Sheraton. All others, who have properly returned their paperwork providing details for credentials can show photo identification and simply pick up their credentials in the Sheraton Hotel lobby. Every member of your organization must display his credentials at all times, or else will be denied admittance.
Also note that, following the Acceptance Remarks, candidates will, at their discretion, hold media availabilities in the Press Filing Center so the convention can continue with scheduled business. The State Party will conduct a media-walkthrough of the event site on Monday of next week, and you will receive a separate media advisory with the time and meeting location. Director of Communications Alex Carey is available at the Sheraton beginning on Sunday for any media outlets who desire a walk-through before or after the scheduled time on Monday.
The official Republican State Convention logo will be available on the blog portion of our website, via www.NYGOP.org.
