Rep. John Hall's Chance to Explain his Hypocrisy

July 26, 2010 - From NRCC:

Hall Makes It Official, He’s Seeking Reelection:
Congressman John Hall made official what everyone knew, that he was seeking reelection. He made his announcement Saturday at the opening of the regional State Democratic Party office in Mt. Kisco. (Mid-Hudson News, 7/25/2010)

NRCC Comment: “It only makes sense that John Hall, an unapologetic party-line vote for Speaker Pelosi, would announce his re-election surrounded by Democrat loyalists.  From now until November, Hall should spend his time explaining why communities in his district have lost tens of thousands of jobs under his watch as a result of the big-government, tax-and-spend policies he has supported.” – Tory Mazzola, NRCC Spokesman.

In 2006, Hall criticized his opponent for thousands of job losses in the area.  Under Hall’s watch, however, unemployment in every county has gone up.  In the only county that is entirely within NY-19, unemployment has increased by over 1,300 jobs alone. In the other four counties that are partially in the district, unemployment has increased by more than 20,000 jobs.  Congressman Hall: Where Are The Jobs???
