Excelsior Institute for Republican Leadership

The Excelsior Institute for Republican Leadership is a special project of the New York State Republican Party created to provide candidates, party leaders, and GOP activists with the tools necessary to win. The Institute provides training programs throughout the year across New York to ensure our campaigns and our message are delivered through the most modern and effective tactics.

From public policy to finance to ballot security and grassroots operations, the Institute’s curriculum is designed to cultivate successive generations of Republican activists. Trainings, symposia and campaign schools are facilitated by the best instructors and subject matter experts from around New York and across the nation.

Qualifications:

Participants in the Institute must be referred by their local County GOP Chairman or be either a declared Republican candidate, elected official or member of an officially recognized activist group by either the local County GOP or the State Republican Party.
